Coinciding with the Los Angeles premiere of Vermont, India, Now Instant presents Monologues on Films, a curated series by playwright Luca Casson Milstein. Vermont, India runs for two weeks beginning January 22 at New Theater Hollywood, 6500 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles.

In this twenty-five-minute short film from 1992, written by Jim Broadbent and directed by Mike Leigh, Broadbent plays the twenty-third Earl of Leete, who takes a film crew on a tour of his estate. As he relates his family history, the crew begins to realize that all is not as it seems.
